At Cheerpy we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality products to our customers. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another Cheerpy products, you can only exchange product which is the same price or higher. Top up for the different amount is needed. Or, opt for a refund. Refund would be issued in form of store credit which would be valid for 30 days.
- To initiate a return or exchange please contact us within 5 days from the day on which you receive your order via e-mail to get an approval for exchange or return.
- Product should be sent back to us in its original condition with complete packaging and in unworn condition (not worn longer than needed to try it on, nor used, stained or damaged).
- You must take responsibility for the return shipping costs of the product (unless the product has production defect). Once shipped you must provide us with the tracking number.
- If an item is determined to be used or tampered with, you will be notified via email within 7 days of its return.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
